If you want my opinion, those guys that run eHarmony are just plain creepy.
If you watch their TV commercials you'll see how creepy they are. That weird old guy telling you that he has this secret way to find you the perfect match. What a load of bunk. Their secret is that they make you fill in a really long and detailed questionnaire in order to get on the eharmony website. Then if they decide that they like your responses (they rejected mine once after I spent an hour signing up) they will let you pay to be a member.
Then they charge you way too much while they tell you that there is nobody in your area that is a match. By then you have already wasted a ton of time and a bunch of money. If you complain they suddenly find you some compatible matches but they are all a few hundred miles away.
It's all just a joke. You'll have better luck (and be less creepy) just going to a coffee shop and smiling at strangers.
